I have been waiting for 24 days for my payout. I have spoken to chat so many times, and am given the same answer. They will escalate my withdrawal but nothing happens. I have sent countless emails to no avail, not even a response has been received. They keep saying they have a high volume of traffic and to be patient. I have been patient for 24 days. I feel they are avoiding me and don’t want to pay me out. I feel victimised. There appears no other source to go through. Customer service are unable to help.

I’m having problems of getting my winnings from TrueBlue it’s been a month now that I had been waiting their time frame was 7 to 10 days but it’s been a month and especially this is my fourth widrawals through them and I copy all of my conversation to a different peoples working at TrueBlue they keep saying that they escalated already for widrawal approval and for me and vice versa to them that there was no problem on what and how I played before I won so why they are taking so long for me they are not so serious about my situation coz every week I keep in touch with them but they always says the same thing and now I don’t know now. If they were telling me the truth coz its Si rediculous idint know what to do now it’s frustrating me on what situation that they had been giving me

Absolutely disgusting service at this Casino. Withdrawal has been pending for a month and everytime I contact support I get told the same load of lies or they simply close the chat.
