I have deposited probably $40,000 at Big Dollar Casino over the last few years. I started having trouble with them about two months ago because the deposit confirmation descriptors that were emailed to me after making a deposit did not match up with the descriptors that posted to my credit card statement.
I emailed them four times asking for help getting this cleared up because I could never be sure whether the charges on my statement were fraudulent, or not. In the two months since the descriptor errors started happening, no one has responded to my emails asking for help. I suppose customer loyalty does not mean anything to Big Dollar Casino.
After two months of not receiving any responses to my emails, I decided to deposit with them again to see if the descriptors that were emailed to me matched the descriptors on my credit card. They did, so I decided to keep playing.
Now they are declining my deposits when I know the credit card I use with them has plenty of credit available. The deposit that I tried to make today was declined. I was told to “Please contact the help desk and quote transaction: 10903689.”
I tried contacting Chat, and as usual, I was told to leave a message because Chat was too busy to respond to my message. When I leave a message and ask for a call back, I have never received one.
If Big Dollar Casino does not want me as a customer, they could at least show me the courtesy of speaking with me after all of the money they have made off of me. They are very unprofessional and rude.
Will you please respond to me so that I know what is going on with my account? If you cannot help me, will you please refer me to where I can get help?
