I was sent an ecard saying to pick a red envelope for Chinese new year contacted them like I was supposed to said I wanted number 11 next day someone else got it and 7500 cash was in it. This casino is a scam, I deposited $30 on a bonus and had to play through $12,400.00 to start banking money. I reached $9,300.00 and went to withdraw my money but the after 2 days of pending the casino said because of my bonus I can only cash out $1,000.00 and forfeited the remaining $8,300.00. I was given no notice I talked to 3 different people from customer service and was told there was a $1,000.00 $5,000.00 and $8,000.00. Everybody gave me a different answer. I met the requirements of the bonus yet the casino took $8300.00 from and gave me no notice and 3 different answers. Do not bet here I am not the first person that have done this to. I believe it could be the 3 party that handles the money could be ripping people off.

Big Dollar Casino has been my favorite online casino I am new to playing slots online due to my recent stroke due to covid19 I have nothing else to do. But I have made a withdraw twice now and both times ran into problems only receiving half of what I was expecting. The first time $2000 withdraw only got $1000 was told the max draw was a $1000 I accepted that so on the second withdraw of $2000 I decided to chat with customer service to make sure I could withdraw the total $2000 was told (upon checking yes ma’am there is no restrictions you can withdraw the total amount of $2000) so again after waiting forever wanting to say 3 weeks I receive $1000 so contacted support again and again was told the max draw was $1000. which shocked me because I chatted with their financial team a week ago to confirm the bitcoin deposit because I was under the impression it would deposit faster and it didn’t there were no concerns then or brought to my attention. They should at least put the $1000 back on my account to play on being the second time this has happened. Not happy

Horrible customer service. I tried to cash out via Bitcoin. They told me to send my ID and to call. I have been calling for over a week, left multiple messages and cannot get through to identify myself so I can get my money. Then they send me an email saying they returned my money and I would have to make another Bitcoin deposit of at least $20 to cash out or do a wire transfer. Neither I can do because I can’t get ahold of anyone to verify my identity.

I have deposited probably $40,000 at Big Dollar Casino over the last few years. I started having trouble with them about two months ago because the deposit confirmation descriptors that were emailed to me after making a deposit did not match up with the descriptors that posted to my credit card statement.
I emailed them four times asking for help getting this cleared up because I could never be sure whether the charges on my statement were fraudulent, or not. In the two months since the descriptor errors started happening, no one has responded to my emails asking for help. I suppose customer loyalty does not mean anything to Big Dollar Casino.
After two months of not receiving any responses to my emails, I decided to deposit with them again to see if the descriptors that were emailed to me matched the descriptors on my credit card. They did, so I decided to keep playing.
Now they are declining my deposits when I know the credit card I use with them has plenty of credit available. The deposit that I tried to make today was declined. I was told to “Please contact the help desk and quote transaction: 10903689.”
I tried contacting Chat, and as usual, I was told to leave a message because Chat was too busy to respond to my message. When I leave a message and ask for a call back, I have never received one.
If Big Dollar Casino does not want me as a customer, they could at least show me the courtesy of speaking with me after all of the money they have made off of me. They are very unprofessional and rude.
Will you please respond to me so that I know what is going on with my account? If you cannot help me, will you please refer me to where I can get help?
