Yes, but this gift was not a bonus. It was put in my REAL MONEY ACCOUNT.
If it were a bonus it would be in my BONUS ACCOUNT. There are two accounts right, a real money and a bonus money. The bonus money If a winning is had you are only allowed a cash out of $100 or whatever they set it at.
I inquired in Chat and was told the same thing, ” If its in your Real Money Account it is not a bonus. Before i cashout i spoke to Chat as well, they can confirm it was in my account as money, not a bonus. He said there is no reason there should be a problem with getting my money.
When the Casino call me, i did question him about the $150 free gift. He assured me it could be cashed out at any amount because it was for members loyalty. How many bonuses do you suppose you get in a bonus account of $150 dollars and then get to cash out at a $100. Most people get 10 FS or $10 free bonus not $150 bonus. If that were the case there would be a lot of people cashing out at a $100 because with a $150 dollars it wouldn’t take much to up it to $100.
It isn’t right that Casino get away with this, I shouldn’t have to fight for this money. I have gave them my money and i expect to be treated with some of the same!

Please, please don’t do this. I have read all policies on this and have won this in all fairness. I am a loyal member and like Luckland Casino and am trusting in you to do what is right. Please use your CARE policy in this matter. Luckland may, from time to time, offer promotions and/or competitions which are governed by separate terms and conditions.
This free gift of $150 was not put in my bonus funds, it was put directly in my Real Money Funds, thereby telling me I could cash out any amount. If it were put into my bonus funds then I would have had restrictions to adhere by.
The bonus was neither a free spins nor a no deposit bonus, which go by the $100 rule. The rule of Winnings received through the use of the free bonus (no deposit) or free spins shall not exceed €100. All daily bonuses are subject to a €200 maximum unless otherwise stated.. I got a call for $150 free gift, which is governed under different rules. I also played the wager requirements over more then once. This gift does not go by the same rules as free spins or daily bonus, they have there own rules. For a free gift If all Wager Requirements are played down it can be withdrawn at any amount as long as it is put into my Real Money account and requirements meant. Funds in a real money account have no restrictions other then the wager requirements. Please reconsider your finding on this matter.
