I registered at the allobet casino, uploaded the documents, contacted the chat, and I was told that the documents were verified. I made two deposits through skrill, won $ 420, put on a withdrawal, the withdrawal was canceled. They wrote that: “Undortunately we do not accept players from Belarus, therefore your withdrawal request has declined and all the winning has been confiscated and your main deposit has been refunded”.

The withdrawal was canceled, the deposit was returned.

So:

1. When registering, Belarus was on the list of countries, if they did not accept, they could be removed.
2. The rules do not say anything about Belarus. I have specially saved the pages, if necessary, I will provide them.
3. In the chat they said that my account was verified.
4. This casino was advised to me by a friend from Belarus who made deposits and withdrawals from this casino, if necessary, I will ask him for proof.

The same case with me!!!
Allobet unfairly took 1015 euros from my account and closed the account.Here’s their incomprehensible explanation:

Dear Client,
Your account has been flagged by our risk team as an Arbitrage Betting account.
As per our terms and conditions, all accounts that fall under the Category of Arbitrage betting will be terminated and all winnings will be confiscated!
Therefore your account has been permanently terminated and all the balance has been confiscated! :

They confiscated both my deposit and my winnings. I asked them to explain in more detail the reason and qualification they had attributed to me and to provide me with valid evidence.But I never received anything from it, except for their incomprehensible explanation.
I find this bookmaker to use some of the terms in their Terms of Use of the Services so that they interpret them in a way that suits them only so as not to pay players money, without valid evidence and lump sum statements.
Those with such behavior greatly violate the provisions in their Terms of Use of the Services, and thus the license they inherit.
For this reason, as a financially damaged party, I filed a complaint with the publisher of their licensee – GAMBLING CURACAO.
And finally, the question is: What if every bookmaker was doing this kind of dishonest thing just to not pay money to the players ??In that case, what would be the point of having an online bookmaker, a player, a licensee and online gambling in general?
With bookmakers like ALOBET, a player can never win!!

Definitely, I am extremely negatively affected and financially damaged by ALOBET and I definitely do not recommend that players visit and deposit their money with this bookmaker.

Dear complaint services, i registered in casino allobet.com with username – “Germoskr11”. After registration i made deposit 500 usd and made 5 bets. All bets was won. Before withdraw i have in balance 2000 usd. allobet.com payd me only me deposit 500 usd and confiscated all my winnings (1540 usd) and write to me message “Your winnings have been confiscated and your account has been flagged by our risk department.”. I hope you can help me. I can provide to you all needed documents and proofs and screenshots. Your sincerely.
